to our Fabulous home from home, here in Sunny Orlando Florida.
Mickeys Watersong Villa is a brand new (September 2008) fully
upgraded two storey home on the new and exciting gated community
of Watersong.
Our home is very spacious and has all the comforts you need
to have an amazing vacation. Mickeys Watersong Villa offers
6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Four of our bedrooms are Master
Suites and the 2 remaining bedrooms are themed for the kids
and teens in your life, sleeping 3 in each room. We have 2 large
living areas, a dining room, a dining nook, large fully equipped
kitchen kitted out with all your needs for a self catering holiday
and not forgetting the laundery room and the fabulous games
room. There is also a PC and a XBox 360 to keep you entertained
as well the abundance of
DVDs, Books, Pool Toys and Board Games.
If all that does not keep you
entertained, well we are sure our 30x15ft South West pool and
Spa will! From family fun and frolicks it will also offer a
welcome retreat from all that Floridian sunshine. If it does
get too hot out there, well we have thought of that too and
extended the lanai so that there is plenty of shade for those
who need it. For our guests comfort we have supplied lots of
luxury padded sun loungers, a conversation set including a love
seat for you to relax on as well 2 sets of tables and chairs.
There are enough seats by our pool for everyone in your party!
Our home has an electric grill for your use also. All beach
and pool towels are also supplied.
All the living areas and bedrooms
in our home have LCD TVs offering cable and a DVD player,
FREE International telephone calls and Wireless Internet
connection, as well as all the home from home comforts that
one would expect, including FREE
use of our new baby equipment
which includes a cot, 2 strollers, 2 car seats, baby monitors
and high chair. Safety is also paramount in our home so we have
installed both a safety fence around the pool and the doors
to the pool area have been alarmed also. We also have a full
security alarm system on the home that is monitored 24/7 as
well having it connected up to the smoke alarms. There are also
panic buttons on the system too that will alert any of the emergency
services should you require them.
Our home has a prime position in a quiet cul-de-sac within the
community and not only that but our guests can enjoy the view
as our home sits on a conservation lot also. So sit back after
a hectic day at the parks and enjoy the wonderful wildlife and
the glorious sunsets.
Watersong which is on the US 17/92 is a new gated community
built by Park Square Homes and is based on Tuscany style architecture,
with the all homes rich in colours and boasts tropical palm
landscaping, beautiful ponds, bridges and natural wetland conservation
back drops.
As you enter through the beautiful entranceway and pass through the security gates you will be swept into another world. The community offers a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and allows you to relax completely. The community offers a magnificent
6,700 sq ft clubhouse includes a concierge service, a pool and a gym as well as many other services which are all complimentary during your stay in our villa.
Our Home has wonderful conservation views directly behind us, with a natural lake and trees off into the distance allowing privacy whilst you have a relaxing swim or just chill in the Florida sunshine. The pool is an upgraded 30ft x 15ft southwest facing pool with built in luxury spa offering sunshine and relaxation all day. So plenty of room for everyone to have fun.
Mickeys Watersong Villa is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and within 20 minutes of Sea World, while Universal Studios Resort and the airports are only 25 minutes away. You are also close to the gorgeous white sandy beaches that Florida has to offer.
With the fun of the theme parks and the relaxation of the golf that is in abundance here in Florida, your stay at Mickeys Watersong Villa will be the icing on the cake.
