- All cheques are to

- Please
contact us to confirm that the dates you require are
available before sending your deposit and booking
form.
- A non-refundable
deposit of £300 Sterling / $600 USD /
€380 Euros is due within 7 days of your
provisional booking being accepted along with a
completed booking form.
- On receipt of your
deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for
clearance, following which we will send out a
receipt and confirmation of booking.
- Payment of the
balance is due in full 10 weeks prior to your
arrival date. On receipt, banking and clearance of
your parties’ final payment, we will send out
directions and lock box number to your villa.
- A refundable
security deposit of £300 Sterling / $500 USD /
€315 Euros is required at the time the
deposit is paid (see booking
terms and conditions).
