the latest exchange rates. Price includes Florida State taxes and are for the
villa and use of on site facilities, not per person. It includes electricity, water, air-conditioning, cable TV, linens and towels. -

All cheques are to be made
payable to "Carol &
Eddie Gilmour". -
A
non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is due within
7 days of your provisional booking being accepted along
with a completed booking form.
On receipt of
your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance,
following which we will send out a confirmation of booking. Payment of the
balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt,
banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment, we
will send out directions and lock box number to your villa. -
A
refundable security deposit of $500 USD is required
at the same time you pay your final balance.
