Our two storey villa is very much a home from home inside with all the amenities and features you would expect from a upmarket property. It is very spacious and has air conditioning and heating throughout, making it an ideal residence for both short and long term vacations. 

Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just 10 minutes drive away. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.

The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.

The Pool area here at Mickeys Watersong Villa has been designed with the whole family in mind. The Pool is Southwest facing giving you plenty of sunshine all day long. It is very private as it backs onto conservation land giving some wonderful views, especially as the sun sets in the evening.
   
The deck and pool area can be accessed off the open plan kitchen and dining area via patio doors. These doors have been fitted with child safety alarms which not only keep your children safe but will also keep your mind at ease knowing your child cannot venture out to the pool area without you knowing. Also around the pool there is a removable pool safety fence. This is just another security measure we have fitted to keep your mind at ease and your children safe. Although the pool fence is removable, we advise to have it in place at all times when the pool is not in use by yourself. Also never leave children unattended around the pool area.

   

The pool itself has been upgraded to 30 x 15ft which gives you plenty of room for swimming or simply to have some fun and games with the children. The pool has a top of the range gas heater installed for those chillier winter months (recommended from October to March) so you can even enjoy a swim on Christmas day!

    
On the lovely evenings, you'll be able to sit back and relax in our spa while watching the sun set over the lake and trees, can you think of a better way to relax after a hectic day at the Theme Parks. The Spa also has an upgraded gas heater so the water will be lovely and warm during those winter months.

   
The Deck area offers plenty of sun loungers to go around, as well a comfortable dining area if you choose to eat outside. Plastic poolware is provided with safety in mind.

   

As the pool and spa are southwest facing there will be lots of sunshine and with this in mind we have upgraded the Lanai area to cover the full length of the house, this little extra means that when the sun is at its warmest you or the little ones can escape to some shade. For those who wish not to, there is still plenty of area around the deck to catch those rays.

Our villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms are located on the ground floor and are furnished to a luxurious standard with comfortable sofas and plenty of table space. 

Family Room

The Family room is the main seating area in the house. It is located at the rear of the property and overlooks the pool deck and the conservation land beyond through a large window and patio doors. The open plan room is adjacent to the Kitchen and the Breakfast Nook, and contains an entertainment centre which features a large screen television with cable TV, DVD system, CD player, and a XBox 360 with wireless controllers and a selection of games. 

We have supplied a selection of children's and family films although you are welcome to bring your own from home. As an extra bonus there is also a number of CDs, books and a selection of board games to keep the children entertained.

Unlike the rest of the ground floor, the ceiling is open to the floor above. This gives the whole area a light and airy feel especially with the additional natural light streaming in from the large upper floor window. The loft area on the upper floor looks down directly onto the family room.
Living Room

At the front of the villa is a second seating area called the Living room, which is adjacent to the formal dining area. It has a large window which floods the area with light and gives a good view out over the front of the property

 

The room is home to a luxurious L shaped sofa and a comfortable chair. As with the Family room there is an entertainment centre which includes a large flat screen television with cable TV and a DVD system.

       

If you need a bit of quiet time, send the children to the clubhouse or the pool area, and come relax in the Living room with a good book.

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. It features a slate bed pool table, Basketball and a air hockey table, perfect for teenagers and grown ups alike.

   

Additionally, the clubhouse at Watersong features an arcade room, cyber cafe with FREE internet access, and a fully equipped gym complete with running machines, cross trainers, exercise bike and multi-gym. Outside the clubhouse is a fantastic heated pool, basketball and sand volleyball court, children's play area and a putting green. All these amenities are available for you to use at no extra cost.

 

Even though we have converted the garage, the villa still has a wide driveway which can comfortably accommodate two large vehicles side by side.

Kitchen - The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a heavy duty cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, double sink / waste disposal unit, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!

Utility Room - Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the Utility room, which can be found just off the Family room. The Utility room also has direct access to the double garage where the Games room can be found.

The villa contains six large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults and 6 children to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, two are queens, one is a twin and one is a twin with two bunk beds. With the exception of the first master suite, all of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

 

Each of the bedrooms has its own LCD television with cable, DVD player and radio alarm clock, and each of the four ensuite bathrooms has a hairdryer and hair straighteners. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep. The villa also has the added benefit of ceiling fans in major rooms.

  • Master Suite 1 - The first Master Suite is located at the rear of the villa downstairs. It has a fantastic 4 poster King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub/bath, a huge walk-in Shower, his n hers basins, a large vanity mirror, and a separate WC. Storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. 

  • Master Suite 2 - The second master bedroom is located upstairs at the front of the property. It also has a 4 poster King sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit. Ample storage space is provided by a large walk-in closet.

  • Bedrooms 3 & 4 each contain queen sized double beds. Both rooms are upstairs, and each has built-in closet and drawers which provides plenty of storage space. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom complete with a bath/shower unit, a vanity unit and a large mirror/ storage cupboard.

  • Bedrooms 5 & 6 are each decorated in a different Disney theme making them ideal rooms for any children in your party. Bedroom 5 is our Neverland theme room and contains two bunk beds which will comfortably accommodate 4 children, whilst bedroom 6 is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme and contains two single beds. Each room has a built-in closet and drawers which provides plenty of storage space. Located conveniently between the two bedrooms is the villas third bathroom which has a bath/shower unit, WC, basin and large vanity mirror.

  • The villa has a further powder room located on the ground floor just of the Family room.

The villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. 

Dining Room

The dining room is located in the front part of the villa and adjoins the Living room. It has a good sized wooden table and eight chairs, and is ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones.

For more informal meals such as breakfast or a light lunch, there is a marble table with eight chairs to be found next to the kitchen. Patio doors give access to the pool deck and also allow you to enjoy some great views of the lake and conservation land beyond.
